Terms of Offer

1. Rebate is redeemable only by end user on purchase/lease of a NEW Canon imagePROGRAF iPF5100, iPF6100, iPF6200, iPF6300, iPF6350, iPF8100, iPF8300, and iPF9100 printers. Limit of one (1) rebate per eligible machine. Cash value of 1/100 of one cent.
2. Purchases/Lease must be made between Tuesday, January 15, 2013 and Friday, March 15, 2013.
3. Refurbished, recycled, used, returned or reconditioned machines are not eligible.
4. All claims must be submitted online within 30 days from date of purchase.
5. To be eligible, submit a legible copy of your sales receipt, clearly stating the dealer/store name, purchase/lease date and imagePROGRAF model purchased and price paid. Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted. Canon and/or its agents reserve the right to substantiate claims and request additional identification and/or documentation.
6. For your records, keep copies of all documentation submitted for this offer. All claims and their accompanying documents become the property of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned.
7. All fields are mandatory. Incomplete claim forms and claims that do not comply with the terms and conditions of this offer will be rejected.
8. Offer valid to legal residents of the 50 (fifty) United States and Washington D.C. and limited to addresses within the United States. Void where otherwise prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
9. Returned machines are not eligible for program and Canon USA reserves the right to collect any rebate paid on a machine that is later returned.
10. Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, distributors, and other resellers and their owners or operators (in either their professional or individual capacities) are not eligible to participate in this offer.
11. Offer may not be assigned or transferred.
12. Limited to one (1) rebate or one (1) CarePAK per eligible machine.
13. Allow 6 - 8 weeks for processing. Rebate checks are void after 90 days if not cashed.
14. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or undelivered mail (electronic or otherwise), nor for misprints or typographical errors.
15. Canon reserves the right to revise or discontinue these programs at any time without notice.
